Mr. A.C.Karunaratna, lecturer, in the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna is a product of University of Ruhuna and obtained the first degree, the Bachelor of Commerce, from University of Ruhuna and MSc. in International Management from University of Agder, Kristiansand, Norway. Teaching and Research interests are on understanding the nature of consumer behaviour in the fields of Brand Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Switching, and Customer Relationship Management.
