BIOGRAPHY

B.L. Galhena is a Senior Lecturer attached to Department of Management & Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He received his BBA Degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and MSc in Business Administration from the University of Agder, Norway. He is now on leave, reading for his PhD in International Management at University of Agder, Norway. His teaching and research interest is pertaining to Human Resource Management, Career Management & Strategic Management and he teaches at undergraduate level and postgraduate levels.
