B.L. Galhena is a Senior Lecturer attached to Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He received his BBA Degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and MSc in Business Administration from the University of Agder, Norway. He obtained his PhD in International Management at University of Agder, Norway. His teaching and research interest is pertaining to Human Resource Management, Career Management and Strategic Management and he teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
