BIOGRAPHY

Deshappriya Silva is working as a senior lecturer, attached to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. He obtained his Bcom degree and Mcom degrees from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Presently He is teaching Human Resource Management related courses and his research interests are Management, Human Resource Management,International Business and Entrepreneurship.
