BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Wasantha Sriyani is a senior lecturer attaching to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship of the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. She graduated from University of Ruhuna Sri Lanka with Honors, and she completed her Master Degree in Business Administration at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has finished a summer course of the PhD programme of Agder University of Norway and accomplished the PhD Degree in Entrepreneurship at University of Ruhuna. She is working as a Visiting Lecturer in Strategic management of the MBA programme of University of Ruhuna and ICBT Campus, Matara and a Visiting Lecturer in Event Management at the University College in Matara. In addition, she is enrolling as a consultant and advisor in Business Management, entrepreneurship development and promotion in the Southern Province. She currently works as the senior lecturer Grade I at the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship of the University of Ruhuna. In addition, she had worked as a consultant and advisor in entrepreneurship development and promotion in the Southern Province. Her research interest is in Entrepreneurship and strategic management. Her research interest is in Entrepreneurship, Tourism Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management.
