BIOGRAPHY
M.G. Menaka Dilrukshi is a senior lecturer attached to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. She obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, M.Sc. degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and reading for the PhD at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. Her teaching and research interests include Microfinance, Women entrepreneurship and Open innovation..Special Achievements
Obtained the Harischandra Gold Medal for the most outstanding Business Administration Graduate who passed the whole examination with honors in 2008
