Dr. Mafasiya Fairoz is a Senior Lecturer attached to the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. She received her Bachelor Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and PhD from the Shizuoka University, Japan. She is working as a visiting Lecturer in PDBA/ MBA programme of University of Ruhuna.
