BIOGRAPHY

Lakmali Rupasinghe is a Senior Lecturer attached to Department of Management & Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. She received his BBA Degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and MSc in Development Management from the University of Agder, Norway. Presently teaching Entrepreneurship related courses at the Department and her research interests are within the areas Women Entrepreneurship, and Microfinance.
