BIOGRAPHY

G. K. Hemamali Ganewatta is working as a Senior lecturer attached to the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She obtained her BSc Degree from Faculty of Agriculture University of Ruhuna in 1998 and obtained Advanced Diploma in Management & Administration from Sri Lanka Foundation institute and Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration in 2000. She has earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Ruhuna and presently teaching Human Resource Management related courses at the Department. Her research interests are within the areas human capital, networking, Small and Medium sector Development and Human Resource Management.
