Madhura Kodithuwakku is a probationary lecturer in Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He obtained his Bachelor's degree with Gold medal from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka; and reading for the Reading for MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. His teaching and research interests include Entrepreneurship, New Venture Financing, Management, Human Resource Management, Business Simulation and Business Statistics. He has authored a number of articles and one book and presented papers in international conferences.
