BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Nisansala Medagoda i is a Lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance. She is graduated with a First Class Honors and awarded a gold medal for the academic excellence in Human Resource Management for her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. She has obtained Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management with Merit Pass from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Sri Lanka. Her research interest focuses on Human Resource Management and Management.
