BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Thedushika De Silva is a Lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance. She has obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Ruhuna in 2014 with a first-class honours and Master of Science in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2017. She has also earned a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA. At present, she is reading for Ph.D. at the University of Newcastle, Australia. Her focal research areas include talent management, strategic human resource management, technology-enabled HRM. Her broader research interests also include gender studies, knowledge management, and multidisciplinary studies
