Mrs. Thedushika De Silva is a lecturer (probationary) attached to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Finance. She is graduated with a First Class Honors and awarded two gold medals for the academic excellence for her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Specialized in Human Resource Management). She has obtained Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA and currently reading for M.Sc. in Management Degree in University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her research interest focuses on Human Resource Management and Management.
