Ms. Madhavi Wijesekara is a Temporary Assistant Lecturer attached to the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She graduated with First Class Honours at the University of Ruhuna. She was also awarded the Dr. Nihal Jinasena Memorial Gold Medal at the 28th general convocation in 2022 for her excellent academic performance in the Department of Human Resource Management as an undergraduate. Her research interest is in the fields of Human Resource Management and Business Management.
